Description

The farmhouse is an ancient stone building set on a hill in the countryside north of Arezzo, at the confluence of Valtiberina and Valdichiana.

Thanks to its geographical position, it is an excellent departure point for visiting the most important towns of these two famous valleys: Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Monterchi, Caprese Michelangelo, Cortona and Montepulciano. Other renowned cities of art in Tuscany and central Italy, including Florence, Rome, Orvieto, Siena and Perugia, are easily reached both by car and by train.

The owners of the farmhouse live nearby and are glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

A wide garden stretches around the farmhouse, and the property comprises also cultivated fields and vineyards.

A path leads to the private swimming pool (10x6 m; depth: 1.40 m) at about a hundred metres from the house and surrounded by a wooden solarium area overlooking a gorgeous vineyard.

The garden and the swimming pool are exclusively reserved to guests.

The porch is furnished with table and chairs for having meals in the open air.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a two-storey building that sleeps 12 guest in 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms, and has 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor there are the kitchen with fireplace and access to the outside, a living room with dining area, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of living room with kitchen corner and dining area, two double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom with shower), a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The first floor is accessed only from outside.

The farmhouse is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace, satellite TV, Internet connection, stereo system, oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer and ice maker, toaster, American-style coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed, bicycles and private car parking space.
A domestic help is available upon request.

A cafe is 1 kilometre from the villa; shops and services of any kind and a railway station are 6 kilometres from the property.
A riding stable and a golf club are within a few kilometres of the estate.
