Description
The villa is an ancient farmhouse dating back to the 17th century that has been renovated and equipped with the most modern comforts. The large and bright rooms still feature elements typical of the traditional rural architecture, such as beam and brick ceilings.
Perched atop a hill in the heart of Umbria, near Orvieto, the villa is an excellent solution for relaxing in the peaceful countryside of central Italy but also for visiting important cities of art, such as Assisi, Narni, Terni, Spoleto, Todi and Gubbio. Lake Bolsena, the province of Siena and jewels like Montepulciano and Pienza are within easy driving distance.
The Outdoors
A well-kept garden surrounds the building.
The private swimming pool (7x14 m; depth: 1.20-2.20 m) next to the house is surrounded by a gorgeous hedge. The poolside is equipped with sun loungers and a covered area with chairs and sofas.
The outbuilding adjacent to the swimming pool features a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
A paved area in front of the living/dining room is furnished for dining al fresco.

The villa is a four-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and has 5 bathrooms.
On the lower ground floor are two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and access to the garden.
The ground floor composes of kitchen, sitting room with fireplace, living room with dining area and fireplace, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
On the first floor is a sitting area with non-working fireplace.
The second floor consists of a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
The twin bedroom can be converted into a double bedroom upon request.
