The villa stands at the centre of a vast estate and affords a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.

In close proximity to the villa are a riding stable organising steeplechase lessons, a wellness centre with whirlpool facilities, sauna and steam room, some tennis courts, a restaurant and a wine shop, whereas Montecatini Terme thermal baths are within a few kilometres.

Thanks to its strategic position, the villa is an excellent accommodation for visiting not only important Tuscan cities of art, such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca, but also less-renowned towns in Lower Valdarno countryside, including Vinci, Montelupo Fiorentino and Certaldo.

The villa is surrounded by a wide park where guests can have long and relaxing walks in close contact with nature.

In the garden are a table for having meals al fresco, the barbecue equipment and the private swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.40 m), exclusively reserved to guests.

The ground floor composes of entry hall, kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace and dining area, a single bedroom, a bedroom with a French-size bed and a half bathroom.
On the first floor are a living room with kitchenette, dining area and fireplace, a kitchen with small breakfast room, a second living room with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a half bathroom.
The second floor consists of three double bedrooms, a bedroom with a French-size bed, a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and a bathroom with a whirlpool shower.

The kitchen on the ground floor has a direct access to the garden.
One of the living rooms on the first floor opens onto a terrace.
The second floor is equipped with air conditioning.
