Description

The wonderful villa stands in a property situated on the hills that surround Lucca, just a few kilometres from the town centre. An annex rented upon request only with the main villa is also part of the complex.

The luxurious villa designed by two famous architects and interior designers is set on a marble hill. The beautiful rooms furnished in a modern and refined style afford an enthralling view of the countryside below up to the town of Lucca. The villa features wide windows, and the roof can be opened to ventilate and cool down the whole building.


The Outdoors

About 10 hectares of woodland and olive groves surround the villa.

The beautiful private swimming pool (26x5 m; depth: 1.20 m) is set in panoramic position a few dozen metres from the building. A wide relaxation area stretches around the pool.

A table tennis table and the barbecue equipment are at guests' disposal.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 8+2 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 3 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are the entrance, the laundry room and a half bathroom.
The first floor composes of a bright living room with fireplace, the kitchenette with the dining area, a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Two wide terraces (one of which leads to the swimming pool) are accessed from this floor.
On the second floor are a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, two more double bedrooms, a room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.

The villa has also a fitness area.
