Immersed in olive groves and corn and sunflower fields, the elegant and bright villa is located near Porto Santo Stefano (Grosseto). The beautiful beaches of Maremma are just a few kilometres from the property. Maremma Regional Park and Roselle archaeological site are within easy driving distance.

The former farmhouse dating back to the 1950s has been recently renovated and elegantly furnished in a minimal and sober but unusual style. Some decorative vintage items convey a sense of warmth and cosiness.

A large window opens onto the marvellous Tuscan countryside.


The Outdoors

The private swimming pool (15x7 m; depth: 1.20-2.50 m), a beautiful solarium area equipped with sun loungers and big parasols, a dressing room and a bathroom are in the wide garden with an English lawn. A gazebo furnished with a table and a couch for guests to relax in the peaceful Maremma countryside is in front of the swimming pool.

An elegant porch features a large table and a sitting area, and the outdoor kitchen is equipped with barbecue, wood-burning oven and a table for alfresco meals.

A table-tennis table is at guests' disposal.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 14 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms, and has 6 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the large kitchen with fireplace, a living room that opens onto the porch, a room with a French bed and a private bathroom, a double bedroom with private dressing room and bathroom, a third double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The basement composes of a second living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
