Description

The elegant villa is immersed in the green countryside surrounding Arezzo and affords wonderful views of the valley below and the town that every year hosts the Saracen Joust.

The stone building has been recently renovated according to the principles of sustainable architecture; its large rooms are furnished in an elegant and cosy style and retain the typical atmosphere of the Tuscan farmhouses.

Its geographic location makes the villa an excellent departure point for visiting Arezzo and the four valleys that compose its province - Valdichiana, Valtiberina, Casentino and Valdarno - as well as for jaunts to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena, which are easily reached not only by car but also by train, from the nearby Arezzo railway station. A riding stable and a tennis club are a few kilometres from the property.


The Outdoors

In front of the villa stretches a wide garden exclusively reserved to guests that overlooks the surrounding hills and affords a splendid view of Arezzo.

At the edge of the garden, right in front of the dining and the living rooms, lies the beautiful, irregular-shaped private swimming pool (about 6x8 m; depth: 1.40 m).

The loggia in front of the swimming pool is furnished with table and chairs for guests to have their meals in the open air surrounded by the colours and perfumes of nature.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms and has 5 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and two double bedrooms with their own ensuite bathroom.
Also the first floor composes of a kitchen, a dining room and a living room, and has three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.

One of the bedrooms on the ground floor can be converted into a twin bedroom.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace, wood-burning oven, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, Internet connection, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot beds and private car parking area.
A domestic help and a breakfast service are available upon request.
