Description

The magnificent portion of a villa is situated in one of the most exclusive areas of Florence. The historic centre of the town of the lily is just a few kilometres from the property and can be reached also on foot. Moreover, a bus stop is in proximity to the villa.

Thanks to its strategic position on the hills south of Florence, the villa is the ideal solution for relaxing in the peaceful Tuscan countryside and for visiting Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, the basilica of Santa Croce and many other famous Florentine monuments. Many Tuscan cities of art and tourist destinations, including Pisa, Lucca, Arezzo and Siena, are easily reached by train from Florence railway station. The Chianti region is within short driving distance.

The villa is divided into three units: the owner and a long-term tenant live in the two units not rented to tourists.


The Outdoors

The garden furnished with parasols, sun loungers, tables and chairs for having meals in the open air is exclusively reserved to guests, as well as the private swimming pool (12x4 m; depth: 1.40 m).

In the garden are also a whirlpool bathtub and a gas barbecue.


Accommodation

The villa is an elegantly furnished two-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms, and has 6 bathrooms.

On the ground floor is the entry hall.
The first floor composes of kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining area and two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower.
Two steps lower than the first living room are a second living room and a bathroom with shower.
Four steps lower than the first living room are the laundry room, two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and shower.

All of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool bathtub, gas barbecue, fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV, stereo system with CD player, Internet connection, oven, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot bed and private car parking place.
A domestic help and a cook are available upon request.
