Description

The beautiful villa is located in the plain of Lucca, near the medieval town of Montecarlo and just a few kilometres from Collodi (with a celebrated park dedicated to Pinocchio) and Montecatini Terme thermal baths.

The Versilia, with its beaches and its nightlife, is within short driving distance, as well as Lucca, Florence, Pisa and the wonderful villages of Garfagnana and Lunigiana.

The recently renovated villa has been transformed into a nicely and tastefully furnished country house.


The Outdoors

The private swimming pool (18x6 m; depth: 1.20-1.50 m) in the garden that surrounds the building is exclusively reserved to guests.

In front of the house stretches a wide paved area furnished with table and chairs for dining outdoor.

The barbecue equipment and a table-tennis table are at guests' disposal.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 17 guests in 7 double bedrooms and 3 sofa beds and has 7 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, the living room with the dining area, two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and a half bathroom with a double washbasin and the washing machine.
The first floor composes of two double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms with a small-double sofa bed and private bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a single sofa bed and private bathroom with shower.
