Description

The magnificent villa stands on a hill in Valdinievole, a few kilometres from the thermal towns of Montecatini and Monsummano Terme, in the province of Pistoia.

The tastefully furnished building provided with all comforts is part of a 10-hectare estate mainly covered with olive trees.

Thanks to its favourable geographic position, the villa is an excellent departure point for visiting the most important cities of art in northern Tuscany, such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca. The beaches of Versilia are within easy driving distance, as well. Collodi and its park dedicated to the famous puppet Pinocchio, Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme thermal baths and a golf club are within a few kilometres of the property.


The Outdoors

A wide and well-kept garden stretches around the villa.

The fenced private swimming pool (12x5.60 m; depth: 1.40-1.50 m) lies on a lower level than the house and affords wonderful views of the valley below. A changing room, a WC and an outdoor solar-heated shower are by the poolside.

A gazebo equipped for having meals in the open air is set in the paved area in front of the house.

The barbecue equipment is in an extra room near the villa with a kitchen and a dining area that is opened only upon request.


Accommodation

The villa is a one-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 quadruple bedroom and has 3 bathrooms.

In detail, it composes of kitchen, wide lounge with dining area and living area with fireplace, a second dining area with fireplace, laundry room, two double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom with shower), a quadruple bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and shower and a third bathroom with shower.

One of the two double bedrooms is on a mezzanine and is provided with air conditioning.

The living room has a direct access to the outside.
