Description

The villa is located in the famous Val d`Orcia near Montepulciano and Pienza.
Surrounded by greenery in the Tuscan countryside, from the villa you can enjoy a wonderful view on the hills.
A few kilometres away, there is the town called Pienza, declared a World Heritage site by the UNESCO in 1996 for its beauty as the best example today of the ideal town of the Renaissance made by Rossellino, the architect called by the Pope Pius II. The wines and foods of the area are well-known and Pienza is famous in particular for cheese.
Siena, Arezzo and Florence are easily reached by car in day trips.

The villa used to be a typical Tuscan farmhouse and it was restored using materials and colours which respect the original structure and are in harmony with the surrounding territory. With a garden and a swimming pool, the villa offers privacy and quietness.


Outdoor

The villa has a garden with a panoramic swimming pool overlooking the town of Montepulciano and an arbour under which there is a wide table to dine outdoor. Barbecue and wood stove for pizzas and homemade bread. Organic garden whose vegetables are available for guests.


Accomodation

The villa (8+2 beds - 230 square metres - 2 double rooms, 2 twin rooms, 5 bathrooms) has two floors.

On the ground floor there is a dining room connected to a full kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. Books in foreign languages are located on a nice manger. In the living area there is a toilette. From the living room, we access to a twin bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. From the bedroom, guests can go into the garden.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, three ensuite bathrooms. Two single beds can be added in the bedroom on the ground floor or in the two double bedrooms on the first floor.

The villa has dishwasher, washing machine, sat TV, DVD player, heating, Internet WI-FI Connection, fireplace. Garden, swimming pool and outdoor area with dining table, stove for pizzas and barbecue.

The closest town is three kilometres away from the villa and it has any kind of shop and services. Golf and tennis courts, riding stables and thermal spa centres are nearby.

Access to the Villa

The villa can be reached through a private road bordered by cypress trees with any kind of car.
