The villa afford gorgeous views of the valley below and the forests and olive groves that surround the property. Arezzo is to be seen in the distance.

The wide garden that surrounds the building is furnished with tables and chairs for dining al fresco.

In the garden there are also an area with the barbecue equipment and a wood-burning oven, a table-tennis table, the private swimming pool (round; diameter: 8 m, depth: 1.40 m) exclusively reserved to guests, an outdoor shower and a heatable whirlpool bathtub sitting 5.

A gym and a steam room are in an outbuilding.

On the first floor there are a room with a pool table and a wood-burning stove, three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and a bathroom with shower.

The first floor is accessed both from inside and the garden.
