Description

The villa is an imposing 19th-century building situated in Lucca plain, near Capannori, in an area scattered with the wonderful historic country villas of Lucca's most important aristocratic families of the past.

The Versilian coast, with its beaches and its famous nightclubs, is about 40 kilometres from the property. Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, Arezzo and the most important Tuscan cities of art are within easy driving distance. A tennis club is a few kilometres from the villa.

The large and bright rooms are elegantly furnished; some of them have beautiful frescoed ceilings.

A caretaker lives near the villa and is glad to help the guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

The property comprises a wide fully-fenced garden.

A panoramic terrace is equipped with garden couches and chairs for guests to relax looking at the wonderful Tuscan countryside, whereas the outdoor area in front of the kitchen is furnished with table and chairs for al-fresco dining.

The beautiful private swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.20-2.20 m) surrounded by a hedge and equipped with parasols and sun loungers is exclusively reserved to guests.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms and has 5 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, a large living room and the dining area.
The sleeping area is on the first floor and consists of three double bedrooms with their own private bathroom either with shower or bathtub, a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a second twin bedroom and another bathroom with bathtub.

The kitchen has an access to the outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, whereas the living room opens onto the panoramic terrace.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, satellite TV, Internet connection, oven, freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, cot beds, hook-on chair and private car parking space.
A domestic help and a cook are available upon request.
