Description

The beautiful villa is an elegant stone building set in the heart of Chianti, just a few kilometres from Gaiole in Chianti (Siena).

Immersed in the typical Tuscan landscape, the villa affords wonderful views of the surrounding hills covered with forests and vineyards for the production the famous Chianti wine.

Its geographical position makes the villa the ideal accommodation for holidays in close contact with nature in the utmost peace and privacy and at the same time an excellent departure point for visiting Siena, the whole Chianti region, Florence, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, the Crete Senesi region and Val d'Orcia.

Wellbeing itineraries with massages, winetherapy, chromotherapy and hydromassage are organised in the property upon request, as well as cooking lessons and wine tasting events.


The Outdoors

A wide garden with a large solarium area surrounds the building. The solarium area is furnished with deck chairs and a gazebo with table and chairs.

The private swimming pool (7x3.5 m; depth: 1.40 m) can be heated upon request.

In the garden, there is also a Finnish sauna.

A terrace is furnished for having meals al fresco.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and has 4 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of kitchen, living room with dining area, second living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
On the first floor is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and access to a panoramic balcony.
The second floor consists of a double bedroom with private bathrooms with whirlpool bathtub.

The villa is equipped with heatable swimming pool, Finnish sauna, barbecue, fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet connection, oven, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, American-style coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, whirlpool bathtub, cot beds and private car parking space.
A domestic help is available upon request.
Wine tasting events, cooking lessons and wellbeing itineraries are organised upon request.
