The elegant villa is halfway between Talamone and Porto Ercole, just 5 kilometres from the marvellous beaches of Maremma.

The villa is an excellent solution not only for sea-life lovers but also for nature lovers: the Maremma Regional Park and the natural oases in the lagoon of Orbetello and of WWF are within short driving distance.

A tennis club and a riding stable are a few kilometres from the estate.


The Outdoors

The beautiful villa is immersed in a fully fenced park scattered with olive and pomegranate trees. The garden is furnished with tables and chairs for having meals in the open air.

A wide fenced solarium area surrounds the private swimming pool (14.50x5 m; depth: 1.40 m) situated a few dozen metres from the building.

A charming landscape of cultivated fields and vineyards stretches around the property.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 14+3 guests in 7 double bedrooms and 3 single beds for children up to 16 and has 7 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

The building composes of entry gallery, kitchen, three living rooms, home office, dining room, seven double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, laundry room and a half bathroom.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, the other five are on the first floor.

Two bedrooms can be transformed into twin bedrooms upon request.

Three single beds for children up to 16 years of age are available upon request.

One-day guided visits to some Tuscan wineries and to the most famous Tuscan outlet villages as well as tours of the Chianti region (by Vespa, by bicycle or by vintage car), Val d'Orcia and Maremma on horseback, by helicopter, by hot-air balloon and by boat along the Tuscan coast from Versilia to Maremma are organised upon request.
