The elegant villa for holiday rentals is located in the heart of Tuscany, just 5 kilometres from Lucca and 15 kilometres from Pisa. The beaches of Tirrenia and Versilia are about 25-35 kilometres from the property and are easily reached by car. San Giuliano Terme and its thermal baths are 5 kilometres away.

The 18th-century villa is situated in a very peaceful area in Pisa countryside and is an excellent accommodation for those who dream of relaxing holidays in the utmost privacy.

The large rooms are richly decorated and full of comfortable furnishings.

The day of their arrival guests are offered a welcome dinner.


The Outdoors

A well-kept garden stretches at the sides of a walkway lined with rose bushes and cypress trees.

The private swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.25-1.50 m) lying at the foot of the hill in front of the villa and treated with salt water is equipped with beach umbrellas and deck chairs. A dressing room and a sun-heated shower are by the poolside.

A second wide garden that stretches towards the valley is furnished with a big table, some chairs and a large umbrella for dining al fresco.

Among the terracotta vases and the plants scattered in the garden there is a building used for lemon tree storage and as wine cellar.
A second building belongs to a relative of the owners who seldom inhabits it (without using both the garden and the swimming pool), whereas a bedroom and a bathroom on the lower floor of the villa are reserved to the staff.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, and has 5 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of two living rooms (one with a dining area), a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are two living rooms with fireplace, two double bedrooms with private bathroom with bathtub and a twin bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub.
The lower floor is accessed from the garden and consists of a large kitchen, a dining area and the access to the laundry area.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, external shower, dressing room, fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system, Internet connection, electric oven, microwave oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed, hook chair and private car parking area.
A domestic help and a cook are available upon request.
A welcome dinner is offered the day of arrival.
