Description

The beautiful villa is a building dating back to the 19th century set in the countryside around Foligno (Perugia), the town of Umbria that hosts the celebrated "Giostra della Quintana".

The property is surrounded by olive trees and affords wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.

Many famous town of Umbria, such as Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia, Todi, Gubbio, Orvieto and Norcia, many places of interest in southern Tuscany - Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cortona and Arezzo - and Lake Trasimeno are within easy driving distance.


The Outdoors

A large terraced garden surrounds the house.

The lightened private swimming pool (5x10 m; depth: 1.10-2.00 m) overlooks the valley below and is surrounded by a large solarium area equipped with a gazebo and sun loungers. An external shower is on the poolside.

A covered terrace is furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco.

The barbecue equipment and a sink are at guests' disposal in the garden.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, and has 3 bathrooms.

On the lower ground floor there are a kitchen, the laundry room and a pool room.
The ground floor composes of kitchen, living room with fireplace open onto the dining room, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom with bathtub and shower), a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The rooms on the lower ground floor are accessed only from the outside.

The kitchen on the ground floor opens onto a terrace furnished with table and chairs.
