The beautiful villa is a 19th-century building situated in south-eastern Tuscany's countryside, near the charming medieval town of Cortona (Arezzo).

The villa elegantly furnished with antiques items is an excellent solution for having pleasant holidays in the utmost privacy, as well as for visiting Arezzo, the whole Valdichiana region, Siena, Florence, Anghiari, Sansepolcro and many other Tuscan cities of art. Lake Trasimeno is a few kilometres from the property.


The Outdoors

The fully fenced garden that surrounds the villa is furnished with table, chairs and a parasol for having meals in the open air.

The private swimming pool (5.5x3 m; depth: 1-1.50 m) next to the building is exclusively reserved to guest.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 9 guests in 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, and has 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the entry hall, the kitchen with fireplace, the dining room, a living room, a single bedroom and a bathroom shower.
The first floor composes of three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.

The twin bedroom has a direct access to a balcony.
