Various places of historic and artistic interest, such as Anghiari, Monterchi, Poppi, Sansepolcro, Caprese Michelangelo, Cortona and the sanctuary of Chiusi della Verna, are within easy driving distance. Arezzo is less than 20 kilometres from the property and is easily reached by train. The villa is also an excellent departure point for pleasant one-day jaunts to Florence, Siena and the Chianti region.


The Outdoors

A wide fully fenced garden equipped with outdoor furniture and a hammock surrounds the imposing building.

The private swimming pool (12x8 m; depth: 1.50 m) is exclusively reserved to guests.

A masonry barbecue is at guests' disposal.
