Description

The villa is an elegant stone building set in a large property in the countryside in south-eastern Tuscany, at the border with Umbria.

The villa affords wonderful views of the hills of Valtiberina and is an excellent solution for those who dream of relaxing holidays in the utmost privacy.

The town of Monterchi, which houses the famous fresco by Piero della Francesca "Madonna del parto", is just a few kilometres from the property. Arezzo, Cortona, Anghiari, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Gubbio, Siena, Florence and many other cities of art in Tuscany and central Italy are easily reached by car.


The Outdoors

A large, fully fenced garden surrounds the villa.

The private swimming pool (14x7 m; depth; 1.50-2.50 m) is exclusively reserved to guests. A dressing room and an external shower are next to the swimming pool.

A large loggia accessed from the living room on the ground floor is furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco.

The garden features also a charming small lake with fish.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 12 guests in 5 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and has 6 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor there are the kitchen, the dining room, a small living area, a large living room with fireplace and access to the outside, the breakfast room, a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a half bathroom.
The first floor composes of a large suite with living room, fireplace, double bed and private bathroom with bathtub and shower, a living room with fireplace and access to the outside, two double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom with bathtub and shower) and another bathroom with bathtub and shower.
On the second floor there are a large living room with kitchen corner and dining room, a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and shower and a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

The villa is furnished with swimming pool, dressing room, external shower, barbecue, fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet connection, oven, microwave oven, freezer, ice maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking space.
A domestic help and a cook are available upon request.
Dinners are organised at the villa upon request.
