The villa is perched on the hills of Versilia, just 10 kilometres from the beaches of Viareggio and the famous boutiques, discos and bars of the Tuscan coast.

The ideal solution for relaxing holidays in the countryside, the villa is also an excellent departure point for jaunts to Lucca, Pisa, Montecatini Terme, Cinque Terre and the charming villages of Garfagnana.

The panoramic terraces of the villa afford breathtaking views of the Tuscan coast. In clear days, the Ligurian coast and Corsica are seen in the distance.

The bright rooms have wonderful marble floors and wide panoramic windows.


The Outdoors

The fully fenced garden that surrounds the building features two gazebos with some armchairs for guests to relax while admiring the gorgeous panorama.

The private swimming pool (8.5x4.5 m; depth: 1.20-2 m) overlooks the valley below and is equipped with an external shower.

A panoramic terrace is furnished for dining al fresco.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms and has 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor is a large and bright living room with dining area and access to a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub (three steps above).
The kitchen is three steps above.
The first floor composes of a twin bedroom with access to the panoramic terrace, a double bedroom with access to the panoramic terrace, a passageway double bedroom with private bathroom with shower that gives access to the second floor, and a bathroom with whirlpool shower.
On the second floor is a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower and access to a second panoramic terrace.

All of the rooms apart from the kitchen and the bathrooms are air conditioned.
