Description

The large villa is situated in a very peaceful area a few kilometres south of Cortona (Arezzo), near Lake Trasimeno. It affords a wonderful view of the lake and is the ideal solution for those who dream of relaxing holidays. Thanks to its geographical position, the villa is also an excellent departure point for visiting Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Florence and many other cities of art in central Italy.

The villa is an ex-farmhouse that has been renovated with an eye to details and to the original architectural structures. The rooms are elegantly furnished and provided with all comforts.


The Outdoors

The villa is immersed in the typical Italian countryside landscape made of vineyards and olive groves.

A wide garden with the private swimming pool (12x6 m) and the barbecue equipment stretches around the building.

The external porch is furnished with outdoor sofas and chairs. A table is at guests' disposal for having meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 14+5 guests in 7 double bedrooms, 2 double sofa beds and 1 supplementary bed, and has 8 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, a living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with double sofa bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, a third double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.

The first floor composes of a wide double bedroom with fireplace, ensuite bathroom with shower and whirlpool area, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and steam room and two more double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower.

A fifth supplementary bed is available upon request.
All of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and stereo system.
Three double bedrooms can be converted into twin bedrooms, upon request.
