In origin a 17th-century farmhouse, the beautiful stone villa is located on the hills between Florence and Siena, a few kilometres from San Gimignano. The whole Chianti area, the picturesque villages of Valdelsa, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and may other Tuscan tourist destinations are within short driving distance.

The villa is set in a very scenery location and enjoys wonderful views of the surrounding rolling hills.

The beautiful rooms with terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings are nicely furnished with fine antiques.

Dinners, lunches, cooking lessons and wine tastings are organised at the villa upon request.


The Outdoors

The villa has a wide and well-kept garden on two levels.

On the lower level are the private swimming pool (7x14 m; maximum depth: 3 m) surrounded by a beautiful solarium area in teak, a covered terrace and a dressing room with fridge, bathroom with shower and sauna.

A barbecue area is at guests' disposal; a dining area is arranged under a pergola accessed from the kitchen.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 open gallery with two single beds, and has 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the large kitchen with fireplace and access to the covered terrace equipped for dining al fresco, and the living room with fireplace.
A bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub is four steps below; seven steps lead to a garage with laundry area and a shower.
The mezzanine floor consists of a double bedroom with access to a panoramic terrace and a private bathroom with shower (accessed via a few steps).
On the first floor are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, an open gallery with two single beds leaning onto the living room and a bathroom with shower.
