Description

The elegant vacation villa is in the Chianti Classico region, halfway between Florence and Siena, in a medieval hamlet in the municipality of Barberino Val d`Elsa. Situated on a hill 310 metres above sea level, the villa has a magnificent view over the typical Tuscan landscape made of olive groves and vineyards. Due to its geographical position, the villa is an excellent departure point for visiting the whole Chianti region. Arezzo, San Gimignano, Colle Val d`Elsa, Volterra, Pisa and other important Tuscan cities of art are within easy car reach. A riding stable is in proximity to the villa.


The Outdoors

An Italian garden and a wide park surround the villa. Just a few metres from the building lies the private swimming pool (16x8 m; depth: 1.50 m), which is exclusively reserved to guests.

In the garden there are also the barbecue equipment, a table for having meals al fresco and a romantic pergola for guests to enjoy the sunset while sipping a glass of Chianti wine.


Accommodation

The two-storey building sleeps 10 people in 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, and has 5 bathrooms.

On the ground floor there are a large frescoed living room furnished with antique items, the kitchen, the dining room, the TV room, a double bedroom and two bathrooms.

The first floor composes of two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second twin bedroom.

The villa is provided with swimming pool, barbecue equipment, working fireplace, Internet connection, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and private car parking place.
Some cot beds are supplied upon request.

Supermarket, restaurants, cafes, banks, chemist`s, shops and services of any kind are in San Donato in Poggio, 2 kilometres from the estate.
Within 2 kilometres from the villa is also a riding stable.
