The beautiful luxury villa is situated on the hills of Versilia, just 5 kilometres from the sea.
Immersed in a luxuriant 8000-square-metre olive grove, the villa is an excellent accommodation for having relaxing holidays in the peaceful countryside of northern Tuscany enjoying the utmost privacy. Forte dei Marmi and the other towns of Versilia, with their beaches and nightlife, are just a few kilometres from the estate. Lucca, Pisa and other Tuscan tourist destinations are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips.
The villa has been renovated and furnished in beautiful modern and refined style.
The Outdoors
The building is surrounded by a wide terraced garden that affords a wonderful view over the coast of Versilia.
In the garden equipped with outdoor furniture are the private swimming pool (10x4.5 m; depth: 0.90-2.20 m), a covered terrace, an outdoor kitchen, the barbecue equipment and a wood-burning oven.
Accommodation
The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 6+2 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 3 bathrooms.
On the ground floor are a living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, a covered and equipped terrace and a covered panoramic terrace.
The basement composes of a large completely equipped kitchen with fireplace and dining area, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and bedroom created in the rocks with a double sofa bed.
The basement is accessed through a secondary independent entrance.

Hi Gloria, We spent a nice time, 3 weeks, in the very special Villa, but.......... The Villa is situated at an impossible spot: not in or nearby the Village of Pietrasanta, but high in the hills above Pietrasanta at the end of a very small, dangerous, steep path with difficult curves. Nothing about the position of the villa was mentioned at the site and that should be done in the future for next renters. House number 153 is not at the road Via Valcastello Caduce, but at the and of the goatpath. But overall, we are happy, at last. Thanks Frans Pasman
