The elegant independent villa is just a few kilometres from Monterchi, a small town in the province of Arezzo that houses the so-called "Madonna del Parto" by Piero della Francesca. The most important towns and villages in Valtiberina, as well as Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, Florence and many other Tuscany and central Italy's cities of art are easily reached by car.

The recently renovated villa is set in a stunning location and affords splendid views of the many medieval villages perched on the surrounding hills.

An account book kept by the previous owners records all of the notable events occurred in the years of World War II.


The Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by 8 hectares of land with paths for pleasant walks immersed in the green Tuscan hills.

The private swimming pool (6x12 m) a few metres from the house overlooks the valley below.

The patio is furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, and has 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, the dining room with access to the outdoor dining area, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of loggia, living room, library, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub.

One of the bedrooms on the first floor is air conditioned.

The laundry room is at guests' disposal.
