The elegant villa built in the first half of the 19th century stands on the hills of Valdinievole. The villa has been recently renovated and transformed into a magnificent country residence, whose rooms are furnished with luxury and good taste.

The villa stands in panoramic position and enjoys a wonderful view of the Tuscan hills and the woodland that surrounds the estate.

The villa is just a few kilometres from the famous thermal baths in Montecatini Terme.


The Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by a wide garden exclusively reserved to guests and furnished with table, chairs and sunshade for having meals al fresco.

The private swimming pool (15x5 m; depth: 1.10-1.40 m) that lies a few dozen metres from the villa is exclusively reserved to guests. Next to the swimming pool is an external shower.

The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal in the garden.

The complex includes also a small chapel.

The keepers responsible for the maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden will be glad to help their guests in case of need.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 10+2 guests in 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 double sofa bed, and has 5 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the entry hall with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, and the laundry room.
The first floor composes of kitchen with dining area, living room with dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor are three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace, satellite TV, Internet connection, freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and private car parking space.
A maid service is available upon request.
