Description

The villa is a cosy farmhouse located on the hills west of Florence, in Empoli countryside, between Montespertoli and San Casciano in Val di Pesa. The main town of Tuscany, with its famous monuments, and the Chianti area, with its charming hamlets, are within short driving distance.

The villa affords a wonderful view over the Chianti hills and is furnished in the warm and comfortable Tuscan rustic style.


The Outdoors

In the wide garden that surrounds the building lies the private swimming pool (11x6 m; depth: 1.20-1.80 m). The area around the pool is fully fenced and the poolside is equipped with parasols, sun loungers, a table and some chairs.

A covered terrace in front of the kitchen is furnished with table and chairs for having meals in the open air.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 1 double bedroom and 4 twin bedrooms, and has 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor (which is accessed through a loggia furnished with table and chairs) are the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, a large room with billiard table, table tennis table and piano and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of a living room with a big fireplace, a double bedroom, four twin bedrooms that can be converted into double bedrooms, a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and two bathrooms with shower.

All the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
