The villa stands atop a private hill in Versilia, just a few kilometres from famous seaside resorts such as Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. The estate is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, and the windows of the villa and the garden afford a wonderful view over the coast and the Tyrrhenian Sea.

The luxurious villa is an excellent accommodation for those who dream for relaxing and peaceful holidays. A stay at the villa offers the opportunity to spend some hours on the beaches of the Versilia riviera and to visit Lucca and Pisa (which are within easy driving distance). Nature lovers can visit the Natural Park of Migliarino - San Rossore - Massaciuccoli or have some wonderful walks on the Apuan Alps. A few kilometres from the villa are a tennis club, a riding stable and a golf club.


The Outdoors

In the 300-square-metre garden that surrounds the villa lies the private swimming pool (8x5 m; depth: 1.60 m) equipped with a salt disinfection system.

The garden is furnished with gazebos, tables and deck chairs.

The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal in the garden.

The villa has also a large panoramic terrace furnished with deck chairs and a patio with glass windows.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps up to 14 guests in 7 double bedrooms and has 7 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, a large dining room with direct access to the garden, two double bedrooms (one can be transformed into a twin bedroom), a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub.
The first floor composes of the TV room, a library, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The three double bedrooms can be transformed into twin bedrooms.
On the second floor are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower.
