Description

The elegant villa is located near Camaiore (Lucca), on the hills of Versilia, just a few kilometres from the beaches of Forte dei Marmi and Lido di Camaiore. A tennis club and a riding stable are near the property. The most important towns of Versilia, Lucca, Pisa, the villages of Garfagnana and many other Tuscan places of tourist interest are within short driving distance.

The rooms of the ancient residence immersed in a wide private park are furnished with a mix of charming period items and modern technology so as to offer guests the maximum comfort.


The Outdoors

A beautiful driveway lined with cypress trees leads from the gate to the villa.

A wide Italian park dotted with pines and century-old cork oaks surrounds the building. The garden is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.

A large solarium area surrounds the private swimming pool (15x4 m; depth: 1.40 m) that lies just a few metres from the house.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms and has 4 bathrooms.

Access to the villa is from both the garden and the first floor. The building composes of kitchen, dining room, large living room, two double bedrooms with private bathroom with bathtub and shower and two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower. A fifth double bedroom with private bathroom with shower is in the outbuilding in the garden.

Two bedrooms can be transformed into twin bedrooms upon request.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet connection, lettore DVD, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, espresso coffee maker, American-style coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, cot beds and private car parking space.
