The magnificent villa is a real jewel set on the Versilia hills, just a very few kilometres from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi, a favourite holiday destination of many Italian politics, showbiz and sports celebrities.

A golf club and a tennis club are at a short distance from the property.

Pisa, Lucca, Florence, the picturesque villages of Garfagnana and many other Tuscan places of historic and artistic interest are easily reached both by car and by train, from the nearby Viareggio railway station.


The Outdoors

A wide garden surrounds the building. The garden is equipped with barbecue and outdoor furnishings for guests to relax and dine in the open air. The stereo system diffuses music outside the house.

The private swimming pool (9x4 m; depth: 1.50 m) next to the villa is covered and can be used all the year round. The lighting system allows guests to have a bath even at night.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms and has 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and wide dining area, and a junior suite with bathroom. The Bluetooth stereo system diffuses music in all the rooms of the floor.
The first floor composes of a large suite with a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub, sauna and walk-in closet, and two suites with two single beds and bathroom with shower each.
On the basement floor is a large room with billiards table, table-football table, a cinema area and an area dedicated to music with a karaoke set, microphones, drums and a keyboard.
