Description

The beautiful villa is located in Umbria, close to the border with Tuscany. Its geographical position makes the property an excellent departure point for visiting many cities of art and places of cultural interest in the two regions. Many castles, abbeys and medieval villages are a few kilometres from the villa, whereas famous towns such as Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Todi, Arezzo, Siena and Florence are within easy driving distance. Lake Trasimeno is about 30 kilometres from the villa and a well-known golf club is just 4 kilometres away.

In origin, the elegant building was a country house dating to the 12th century; now it has been converted into a luxurious villa furnished in a sophisticated and yet cosy style.


The Outdoors

The wide garden that surrounds the building is fully fenced.

The private swimming pool (15x6.50 m; depth: 1.20-2.50 m) a few dozen metres from the villa is exclusively reserved to guests.

The porch of an outbuilding next to the swimming pool and a gazebo on the patio in front of the kitchen are equipped with table and chairs for dining al fresco. The barbecue equipment is under the porch.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 10+1 guests in 5 double bedrooms and 1 single sofa bed, and has 5 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor there are the kitchen with a direct access to the outside, three small living rooms and a half bathroom.
The first floor composes of a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and three double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is a suite consisting of kitchen, a double bedroom, dining area and living room with a single sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.


Facilities

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace, Internet connection, TV set, oven, microwave oven, freezer, American-style coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking space.
The rent includes a mid-week cleaning of the house with change of the bathroom towels.
Breakfast, lunches and dinners are organised at the villa upon request.
