Arezzo, Florence, Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Cortona, Poppi, the Chianti castles and wineries, Colle Val d'Elsa and Siena are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day jaunts.

The beautiful rental villa in Tuscany is a 16th-century building that has been carefully renovated with an eye to preserving its ancient charm and original architectural features. The large rooms furnished with antiques have terracotta-tiled floors, beamed ceilings and brick cross vaults.


The Outdoors

The wide garden that surrounds the luxurious villa is provided with outdoor furniture for guests to relax in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.

The private swimming pool (16x8 m; depth: 1.50-3 m) in front of the building is exclusively reserved to guests. The poolside is furnished with parasol, table, chairs and sun loungers.

A dining area with table, chairs and a masonry barbecue is arranged under the porch on the side of the house.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 12 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, and has 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, a living room with fireplace, the dining room, the laundry room and a bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area is on the first floor and consists of four double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and two bathrooms with bathtub and shower.
