Description

The house is a portion of a farmhouse situated in Montespertoli (Florence), a town in Empoli countryside, at the border with the Chianti region.

The villa is situated in the heart of Tuscany, and is therefore an excellent accommodation for those who want to visit the major towns of the region - Florence , Siena , Pisa and Lucca - as well as many other renowned tourist destinations, including Vinci (Leonardo`s home town), Montelupo (the town of ceramics), Certaldo (that gave birth to Giovanni Boccaccio), Volterra and San Gimignano .

A few kilometres from the villa are some tennis courts, a riding stable and a golf club.


The Outdoors

The building is surrounded by a 1,800-square-metre garden in which lies the private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.20-2.20 m). The pool side is equipped with sun loungers and sunshades.

In the garden are also the barbecue equipment and a table with some chairs for guests to have their meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The apartment is on two floors. It sleeps 6 guests in 1 double bedroom and 1 quadruple bedroom, and has 1 bathroom and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are a large living room, the kitchen and a half bathroom.
A stone staircase leads to the first floor, composed of storeroom, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed and a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub.
A covered balcony overlooking the garden connects the two bedrooms.
