Description

The portion of a villa is part of a complex consisting of eight houses situated in proximity to Riparbella (Pisa), in Val di Cecina.

The beaches of Marina di Cecina and the Etruscan Coast are a few kilometres from the small villa. Pisa, Volterra, Livorno, San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa and other Tuscan tourist destinations are within short driving distance as well.

The house stands in panoramic position and affords a wonderful view of the Tuscan coast and the isle of Elba.


The Outdoors

The portion of a villa is surrounded by a fully fenced private garden and features a covered terrace furnished for having meals al fresco and equipped with barbecue.

The swimming pool of the complex (10x5 m; depth: 1.40 m) is at guests' disposal. The pool side is furnished with deck chairs, sunshades and sun loungers.

The house is a portion of a small two-storey villa and sleeps 5+2 guests in 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 2 supplementary single beds, and has 2 bathrooms.

The house is accessed from the first floor, which composes of living room with kitchenette and dining area, a double bedroom with a supplementary single bed for a child and a bathroom with shower.
The basement is divided into a passageway double bedroom, a single bedroom with a pull-out bed and a bathroom with shower.

The house is equipped with swimming pool shared with the other villas of the complex, barbecue, Internet connection, satellite TV, VCR/DVD player, oven, freezer, American-style coffee maker, juicer, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed, high chair and private car parking place.
Dinners with Tuscan dishes can be organized upon request.
