The two apartments are situated on the ground floor of a two-storey villa.
The building is fully immersed in the green countryside and offers enthralling views of Florence.
The villa is the ideal accommodation for those who want to have relaxing holidays in the green Florentine hills, and is situated a mere 15-minute bus ride from Florence historic centre (the bus stop is about 40 metres from the villa).
Thanks to its strategic position, the villa is an excellent accommodation for those who desire to visit not only Florence historic centre, but also the Chianti district and such important historic towns as Fiesole, Siena and Arezzo.
The Outdoors
A wide panoramic garden furnished with table and chairs stretches in front of the apartment entry doors and commands the hills around Fiesole and Florence.
In this oasis of peace, guests can relax in the utmost privacy while enjoying the uniquely picturesque panorama.
The estate is provided with a private car park exclusively reserved to guests, and is accessed through a remote controlled gate.
Accommodation
The ground floor of the villa composes of two independent apartments for 6 people with private garden, for a total of 12 sleeping accommodations in 6 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Each apartment covers an area of about 120 square metres and composes of three twin/double-bedded rooms, three bathrooms with bathtub and shower, a living room with table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen.
The rooms are elegantly and functionally furnished, paying close attention to details, and are fitted with air conditioning, independent heating system, WI-FI Internet connection, LCD satellite TV, security safe with electronic combination, hair dryer and telephone.
The large and luminous windows overlook the nice garden, thus allowing guests to live in close contact with nature and the wonderful landscape that surrounds the estate.

A little isolated with no shops in easy distance. However the apartment was very comfortable with stunning views, and had everything we required. I would have preferred to have the extra costs, such as cleaning, wifi and taxes included in the quoted price so I know from the beginning how much I would have to pay.
