Description
Elegant semi-detached villa situated in Florence in the Gavinana district, on the side of the hill where lies Piazzale Michelangelo, which gives a breathtaking view of Florence, and just outside Florence historical centre, which is only a 10/15 minute bus ride away. The villa features a well-tended nice garden of about 300 m².
Every morning a characteristic street market takes place in front of the villa, with stalls selling food and clothes.
Accommodation
The villa (12 sleeping accommodations - 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) is divided into two independent apartments:
Apartment PT - Apartment on the ground floor (110 m², 6 sleeping accommodations - 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) with terrace and independent garden, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed, 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower. Air conditioning in the kitchen and in two bedrooms.
Apartment PP - Apartment on the first floor (90 m², 6 sleeping accommodations - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The apartment composes of fully equipped kitchen, 1 double-bedded room, 1 triple bedroom with one double and one single bed and 1 single bedroom with a three-quarter bed (width 120 cm, length 190 cm). Balcony and air conditioning in the double and in the single bedrooms.
All the rooms of the apartment, with the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms, are parqueted.

Shops and services of any kind are just a few dozens metres from the villa: supermarket, outdoor street market, banks, chemist`s, machine shops, the post office, cafés, restaurants and pizzerias.
The villa is close to Viale Europa, a road full of elegant clothes shops, restaurants, cafés and famous confectioner`s.
A short walk from the apartment lies the Parco dell`Albereta, a wide green area stretching along the river Arno, where guests can walk under century-old trees. Internet connection, Air conditioning.

my family and i truly enjoyed our 3 week stay.we had a revolving group of family members and the place accommodated all. the pool was a blessing as temperatures were unusually high.the pool area is lovelier than depicted in pictures. owners francessca and carlos very helpful and understanding of our needs.there was a housekeeper nina there for any questions we had. it has a lovely park setting surrouding villa which is very relaxing. with each bedroom having a/c and baths was a plus. it is close enough to city to get taxis, supermarkets, restuarants. would highly recommend for vacation in florence

Gepflegtes Haus mit groίzόgigen Zimmern. Der Vermieter Iacopo war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
