Description

The house (9+3 sleeping accommodations) is an independent building situated in the pleasing village of Radicondoli, in the province of Siena, and surrounded by the marvellous landscape of southern Tuscany. The panoramic terrace on the first floor gives a magnificent 360° view of the gentle Tuscan hills. The terrace is furnished with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sunloungers and barbecue: an ideal place for eating al fresco.

Thanks to its three working fireplaces and its swimming pool, the house is perfect for both winter and summer holidays.


Accommodation

The two-storey house (4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom + double sofa bed and single armchair bed, 4 bathrooms) has an independent entrance.

The ground floor composes of entrance hall, living room with fireplace, kitchen/dining room with fireplace and grill equipment, 1 twin-bedded room provided with balcony, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. Some steps lead to a living room with double sofa bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. The living room opens onto the swimming pool.

A large staircase leads to the first floor, composing of large hall, living room with fireplace, 3 twin-bedded rooms (one featuring also a baby cot and a single armchair bed), 1 single bedroom attached to one of the double bedrooms, closet, 2 bathrooms with shower. The living room opens onto the 45 m² panoramic terrace furnished with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sunloungers and barbecue for basking in the sun and eating al fresco.
