The villa is the guesthouse of an ancient manor house dating from the early 20th century situated near Vicchio, in Mugello, a few dozen kilometres from Florence.

The recently renovated and elegantly furnished villa is completely separated from the manor house; thanks to its independent entrance guests enjoy the utmost privacy.

Its proximity to the Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi makes the villa an excellent lodging for nature and open-air hike lovers. Lake Bilancino is within short driving distance. Florence historic centre is easily reached both by car and by train. A riding stable and a tennis club are in proximity to the property.

The outdoor whirlpool tub sitting four is exclusively reserved to guests.

The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal in the garden.

On the ground floor are the living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Ten steps lead to the lower floor, which composes of kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The lower floor has a direct access to the garden.
