And, if you do not want to forget the flavours of your holidays, why do not you take home some jams and marmalades? You can buy them or, if you prefer, you can prepare them with genuine ingredients following "grandma`s recipes" (usually holiday farm apartments have a kitchen or at least a kitchenette).

Some holiday farms in Tuscany practising biological agriculture propose lessons on traditional farm activities. You will thus have the opportunity of trying some of the activities involved in the rural production cycle, from sowing to harvest, depending on the season.
