The district, once mainly a working-class area, is now full of antique shops, craftsman workshops and "trattorias", typical restaurants serving Florentine dishes.

The sleeping accommodations become 7, considering the double sofa bed in the living room, which, thanks to a sliding door, can be transformed into a real independent double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A dining room, a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms complete the apartment.

Grocers`, restaurants and typical local street markets in the vicinity (a local street market featuring antique stands takes place every morning in Piazza Santo Spirito, about 150 metres from the apartment).
