The elegant countryside villa dates back to the early 19th century and stands in the middle of a 20-hectare estate cultivated with vines and olive trees.

The three-storey villa offers an old-time atmosphere, with its ancient kitchen adding to a more modern and fully equipped one, and its stables, which have been renovated and converted into an area where guests can taste the products of the farm.

On the "noble" floor are various salons, including the completely frescoed "Sala della caccia" (Hunting Hall) and the "Sala rossa" (Red Room), furnished with ancient original furniture.

The bedrooms are furnished in period style and provided with refined bed linen. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom in travertine.

A 1500 square metre fenced Italian garden with a private swimming pool (6x12 m) situated in panoramic position complete the structure.

The elegant villa features terracotta-tiled floor and is furnished with great taste and attention to details with period furniture and antique pieces.

Guests can have wonderful relaxing walks in the peaceful Pistoia countryside along the numerous paths stretching around the villa. Montecatini, Lucca, Florence and other important Tuscan cities of art are easily reached by car.


Accommodation

The villa covers a surface of 800 m² and accommodates groups of 12/19 people in 5 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single sofa bed, 3 double sofa beds and 6 bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the entrance hall, a half bathroom, a dining salon accommodating up to 30 people, a large fully equipped kitchen, a rustic dining room (which once was the kitchen of the villa), a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a living room.
On the first floor ("noble" floor) are various salons: the "Sala della caccia" (Hunting Hall) is furnished with tables and chairs, whereas the other two large and three small rooms are adapted as living and reading rooms. On the same floor is also a half bathroom. One of the small living rooms can be transformed into a double bedroom; here can also be added a double sofa bed. The first floor has a direct access to the garden.
The "Salone della musica" (Music Hall) on the second floor gives access to 2 double bedrooms (both with ensuite bathroom), a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a suite composed of double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed and bathroom and a second suite consisting in double bedroom, living room with single sofa bed and bathroom.


Facilities

The villa is provided with exclusive swimming pool, cot bed, car park, iron, satellite TV, CD player, gas oven, Internet connection, hair dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. The villa is fenced.

A minimarket is 1 kilometre from the villa and a supermarket is 3 kilometres away. Restaurants, cafes, the post office, banks and shops of any kind, including a chemist`s, are 1 kilometre from the estate.


Distances

The villa is situated near Serravalle Pistoiese, a charming little town close to Montecatini Terme. Pistoia and its architectural beauties are only 5 kilometres from the estate.

Florence 30 km - Lucca 35 km - Pisa and the famous Versilia beaches 40 km - Siena 60 km.
